    Job Overview

    The Creative Lead is the creative authority and brand custodian for Eduvos. This role is responsible for shaping, protecting, and evolving the Eduvos brand across all visual and conceptual touchpoints.

    The position bridges brand strategy and execution, ensuring that all creative work aligns with Eduvos’s values, positioning, and long-term market ambitions. The Creative Lead works closely with internal teams, the Studio Manager, and external partners to deliver innovative, high-quality, and consistent creative outputs across multiple channels.

    This role plays a strategic leadership function within the Marketing department, driving creative excellence, innovation, and brand consistency across the organisation.

    Purpose of the Role

    To lead and oversee all creative direction at Eduvos by ensuring brand integrity, creative excellence, and consistency across all marketing and communication platforms. The role translates business and marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts that resonate with Eduvos’s target audiences.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Brand Leadership & Creative Direction

    • Evolve, maintain, and protect the Eduvos brand identity and visual language

    • Define and communicate creative standards, guidelines, and best practices

    • Ensure consistency in design, tone, and brand representation across all outputs

    • Act as the brand guardian for visual identity and creative expression

    2. Creative Development & Execution

    • Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for multi-channel marketing campaigns

    • Translate briefs into strong, engaging creative concepts

    • Produce high-level design outputs, storyboards, and creative direction documents

    • Conduct ideation sessions, creative reviews, and brainstorming workshops

    • Research design trends, competitor activity, and emerging creative technologies

    3. Quality Assurance & Brand Integrity

    • Review, approve, and quality-assure all creative work before submission

    • Approve visual assets, social media content, multimedia outputs, and print materials

    • Continuously improve creative assets based on performance insights and metrics

    4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Work closely with the Studio Manager to prioritise creative workloads

    • Collaborate with Campaign, Digital, Content, Student Experience, Sales, and Academic teams

    • Provide creative direction to external agencies and freelancers

    • Communicate creative rationale, progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders

    5. Reporting & Insights

    • Provide insights on creative performance, brand consistency, and emerging trends

    • Support creative reporting and strategic recommendations to the Studio Manager

    Minimum Requirements & Experience

    • Honours Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, Creative Communications, or related field

    • Master’s degree is advantageous

    • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in senior creative roles (agency or in-house)

    • Extensive experience producing multi-channel creative work

    • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality brand and campaign creative

    • Experience in higher education or youth-focused markets is advantageous
