Role Purpose
Responsible for profitable management of all divisions in the Bethlehem Retail branch, in alignment with AFGRI’s strategies and policies.
Minimum Requirements
Education

Grade 12 (Matric) – Compulsory

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Finance, or Management – Advantage
Experience
-
3–5 years of management experience in Agri trade environment

Oversee admin, compliance, and loss control

Manage inventory and operations efficiently

Lead financial management at the branch

Provide leadership and support to staff
