    Role Purpose

    Responsible for profitable management of all divisions in the Bethlehem Retail branch, in alignment with AFGRI’s strategies and policies.

    Minimum Requirements

    Education

    • Grade 12 (Matric)Compulsory

    • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Finance, or ManagementAdvantage

    Experience

    • 3–5 years of management experience in Agri trade environment

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain customer relationships

    • Oversee admin, compliance, and loss control

    • Manage inventory and operations efficiently

    • Lead financial management at the branch

    • Provide leadership and support to staff

    • Drive business optimization

    Skills & Knowledge

    • Proficient in MS Office

    • Farming knowledge or experience

    • John Deere product knowledge – Advantage

    • Familiarity with AFGRI’s product range

    • Basic financial and communication skills
