Role Purpose
The Advancing Financial Adviser 1 role is an entry-level financial advisory position focused on providing excellent customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting business development activities. The role is designed to support customers with basic inquiries and assist in building customer relationships through consultative engagement and adherence to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service

Handle standard customer service activities and respond to basic customer inquiries.

Provide a first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
Solutions Analysis

Assess customer inquiries against established standards and protocols.
Receiving Visitors

Welcome visitors and assist with information requests.

Refer complex matters to the appropriate colleagues.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Ensure customer details in CRM are accurate and updated.

Log follow-up actions and notes from customer interactions.
Customer Needs Clarification

Interview customers using a structured sales script to understand their needs.
Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting

Make calls or visit allocated potential customers to build relationships.

Operational Compliance

Follow mandatory procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
