Tender Objective
The objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified and capable supplier for the supply and delivery of roller ironer accessories to healthcare facilities within the Free State Department of Health.
The contract aims to ensure continuous, efficient, and compliant laundry operations across provincial health institutions through the provision of high-quality accessories that meet strict technical and safety standards.
Scope of Supply
The scope includes the supply and delivery of the following roller ironer accessories:

Ironer Padding (Needlefelt)

High-Temperature Calender Wax

Woven Ironer Guide Tapes (T25, T7724i, T24/25(HP))

Anti-Static Folder Banding and Feed Belting

Lacing Clips and Pins
-
Waxing Cloths
-
Cleaning Blankets (EU specification)

Poly Tac Heatseal Patches
The contract period shall be three (3) years from the date of signing.
