    Job Description

    1. Sales & Business Development

    • Build, manage, and grow your own client base within allocated markets.

    • Market and sell relevant financial products.

    • Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

    • Maintain consistent pipeline activity and follow-up processes.

    2. Client Relationship Management

    • Establish and maintain sound working relationships with clients.

    • Provide professional and ethical financial guidance aligned to client needs.

    • Deliver excellent customer service and ongoing client support.

    3. Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

    • Utilise digital tools and sales software to manage leads and reporting.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 (Matric) – Required.

    • Clear credit record.

    • Clear criminal record.

    • 6–12 months sales or retail experience (advantageous but not essential).

    • Proven digital literacy (MS Office, WhatsApp, etc.).

    • Strong communication and numeracy skills.
