Estate Manager Job Description
As an Estate Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management, maintenance, and operational performance of multiple sites. Your role will ensure that all facilities adhere to regulatory, security, and operational standards, while also optimizing performance and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

Property and Facilities Management:

Oversee maintenance and ensure operational integrity across sites.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and lease agreements.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.

Coordinate with management to resolve site-specific issues and ensure adherence to facility guidelines.

Stakeholder and Tenant Relations:

Act as the primary liaison for bank representatives, landlords, and other management teams.

Address operational concerns from banking partners and resolve service-related issues.

Maintain effective communication with mall administration regarding leasing terms, facility usage, and compliance.

Query Management & Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for all lease-related inquiries from internal teams, landlords, property managers, and tenants.

Investigate and resolve lease-related disputes or discrepancies in collaboration with legal, finance, and real estate teams.

Provide timely responses and solutions to lease-related queries, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in property management, preferably within banking, retail, or commercial real estate sectors.

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.

Ability to manage multiple sites across different locations effectively.

Excellent vendor negotiation and contract management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle emergency situations.

Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Property and/or Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience working with banks, financial institutions, or in retail property management.
Work Conditions:

Frequent travel between multiple sites as required.
