Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture relationships with large enterprise/key account clients

Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth across your portfolio

Identify customer needs and offer tailored Vodacom solutions

Develop and maintain account development plans and sales strategies

Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products/services

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve customer experience

Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare detailed reports

Support finance with overdue client payments
Qualifications:
-
3-year Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, or a Technical field (SAQA Accredited) — Essential

Postgraduate qualification — Advantageous

Minimum 3+ years’ experience (Account Manager) OR 5+ years’ (Senior Account Manager) in telecoms or ICT sales

Strong background in portfolio management, relationship-building, and solution selling

Valid driver’s license required
