The Branch Manager role is a key leadership position in the Bloemfontein office, responsible for leading a team of Financial Advisers to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent client service. Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and support a team of Financial Advisers

Drive sales and performance through clear action plans

Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards

Recruit and retain high-performing Financial Advisers

Create and maintain a positive, high-performance branch culture

Oversee the delivery of quality financial advice aligned with FAIS requirements
Qualifications:
-
Matric or equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification
-
RE5 Certification
-
FAIS Representative qualification (as required by legislation)
-
Class of Business 3 and 7 (advantageous)
Experience:
-
3–5 years of experience in the financial services industry
-
Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in financial advice
-
Experience in FAIS Tier 1 Long-Term Insurance and Pension Benefit Products

Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle
