Job Overview
CBRE Excellerate is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner – ATM Services to maintain high standards of cleanliness and basic upkeep of ATM facilities for a banking client in Bloemfontein.
This role involves scheduled cleaning of ATM machines, surrounding areas, and internal ATM rooms while adhering strictly to safety and security protocols. The successful candidate must be trustworthy, self-managed, and comfortable working independently across multiple sites.
Job Purpose
To ensure ATM facilities remain clean, safe, secure, and professionally presented in accordance with client expectations, hygiene standards, and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Upkeep

Clean and sanitise ATM machines and surrounding areas.

Maintain internal ATM rooms to a high standard.

Ensure a consistently clean and presentable environment.

Perform scheduled cleaning according to allocated routes.
Inspection & Basic Maintenance

Check for skimming devices, vandalism, or suspicious activity.

Conduct basic maintenance tasks where applicable.

Identify and report faults, damages, or security concerns.
Compliance & Documentation

Follow strict security, safety, and access procedures.

Complete required checklists and mobile reporting after each visit.

Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Travel & Site Management

Travel between multiple ATM locations.

Minimum Requirements

2–3 years’ cleaning experience (preferably in commercial or secure environments).

Experience in banking, retail, or security-sensitive sites (advantageous).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Basic maintenance skills.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and machinery (including safety protocols).

Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Physically fit and capable of manual duties.
