     Tender Description

    The successful bidder will provide a complete alternative power solution, including:

     1. Supply

    • Provision of alternative power equipment (e.g., solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, or other approved systems as specified in the tender documents)

    • Equipment compliant with South African standards

    • High-quality components suitable for office operations

     2. Delivery

    • Transportation of equipment to the Vrede Local Office

    • Safe handling and offloading

     3. Installation & Commissioning

    • Full installation of the alternative power system

    • Electrical integration with existing infrastructure

    • Testing and commissioning

    • Ensuring compliance with safety and electrical regulations

    • Operational handover and demonstration
