Objectives

Scope of Work
The supplier will provide supply, delivery, and, where required, installation of:
- Outdoor expo banners, pull-up banners, tear-drop and wall banners
- Gazebos, plastic folding tables, and branded table cloths
- Conversion of secondary office doors into emergency escape doors
- Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training materials
- Internet connectivity equipment and related services
- Installation of slip-resistant tiles, ceiling boards, and water treatment plant components
- Mechanical seals, bolts, washers, submersible borehole pumps, and accessories
- Boom gates, floodlights, metal saddles, screws, hinges, and wooden doors with lock sets
The tender also includes associated technical services and compliance with specifications detailed in the tender documents.
Technical Requirements
- All materials and services must meet specifications in the tender documentation
- Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate with PIN
- CIDB grading of at least 1 GB (General Building), valid or renewed within the last three years
- Completed supplementary forms and municipal rates clearance certificates
- Firm pricing, inclusive of taxes, delivery, and any associated costs
- Delivery to specified locations within stipulated timeframes
Skills & Qualification Requirements
- Registration on CSD with submitted summary report
- CIDB grading of 1 GB or higher, registered/renewed within three years
- Compliance with tax and municipal regulations (rates not in arrears >3 months)
- Demonstrated experience in supplying and installing promotional, operational, and safety materials
- Ability to meet deadlines, technical specifications, and installation requirements
- Capability to provide quality assurance and after-delivery support if required
