Objectives
- Appoint a panel of qualified service providers for multiple service categories over three years.
- Ensure the municipality’s operational needs are met efficiently and reliably.
- Services include:
- Supply and delivery of electrical materials.
- Provision of clinical psychologist services for workforce wellness.
- Asphalt road patching and road/stormwater material supply.
- Leasing and supply of commercial and specialized vehicles.
- Supply and delivery of office furniture.
- Development of a road reserve for a filling station.
- Supply and delivery of fuel (petrol and diesel).
Scope of Work
- Electrical Materials: Supply and delivery on an as-needed basis for three years.
- Clinical Psychology Services: Workforce wellness support.
- Road Services: Asphalt patching, roads, stormwater infrastructure, and manhole covers.
- Vehicles & Equipment: Lease and supply of commercial and specialized vehicles (five-year lease-to-own).
- Office Furniture: Supply and delivery to municipal offices.
- Road Reserve Development: Planning and execution for filling station and ancillary shopping use.
- Fuel Supply: Petrol and diesel on as-and-when required basis.
Technical Requirements
- Compliance with municipal specifications and standards for all service categories.
- Professional qualifications and experience for clinical psychologist services.
- Capability to perform asphalt patching and road maintenance to standards.
- Reliable and compliant supply of vehicles, equipment, and fuel.
- Submission of proposals for road reserve projects, including feasibility and planning.
