     Job Description

    Purpose of the Role

    • Lecture IT-related modules full-time.
    • Assist with administration and departmental activities.
    • Support student learning and academic development.

    Modules to be Lectured

    Hardware Modules:

    • A+, Network+, Linux OS, Windows Server, Domain Servers, Linux Admin, PenTest+, Server: Network Infrastructure, Security+, Cloud Foundations (AWS), Azure Fundamentals, Security X (CASP).

    Software Modules:

    • Python for Data Science, Data Analysis with Python, Java, Python, C#, SQL, Mobile Development.

     Key Responsibilities

    • Lecturing and teaching assigned modules.
    • Preparing lecture notes, study guides, and learning materials.
    • Setting, administering, and marking assessments.
    • Participating in departmental administration and meetings.
    • Monitoring and supporting at-risk students.
    • Ensuring quality assurance in teaching and assessment practices.
    • Conducting relevant research and contributing to academic development.

     Minimum Requirements

    • Qualification: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • 1–2 years’ relevant lecturing experience.
      • Knowledge of higher education practices and processes.
      • Relevant research experience.
