    Position Summary:

    The Community Advisor provides exceptional customer service while supporting the growth and profitability of FNB’s client base. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, managing accounts, cross-selling products, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and governance standards. The ideal candidate is client-focused, proactive, and results-driven, with strong financial knowledge and interpersonal skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Service & Relationship Management:

    • Deliver prompt and professional service to customers, addressing their needs efficiently.

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty.

    • Manage the migration of accounts from transactional to Self Service channels.

    Sales & Profitability:

    • Drive net profit growth through account management and cross-selling opportunities.

    • Track and influence sales activities to achieve predetermined sales targets.

    • Increase the active customer account base and strengthen client engagement.

    Administration & Compliance:

    • Provide efficient administrative support through accurate planning, reporting, and record-keeping.

    • Ensure compliance with governance, legislative, and audit requirements.

    • Monitor transactions and ensure new business applications are processed within timelines.

    • Adhere to internal procedures and the “Golden Rules” of FNB operations.

    Personal Development:

    • Continuously develop skills and competencies to enhance personal and professional performance.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Degree in Finance (essential).

    • 1–3 years’ relevant experience in banking, finance, or customer service roles.
