     Objectives

    The primary objective is to appoint a panel of service providers for supply and delivery of office furniture on an as-and-when required basis for three years.

    Secondary objectives (part of broader municipal services panel) include:

    • Electrical materials and supplies
    • Clinical psychologists for workforce wellness
    • Road maintenance and asphalt patching
    • Supply of roads, stormwater materials, manhole covers, and building materials
    • Lease and supply of commercial vehicles and specialized equipment
    • Development of a road reserve for a filling station
    • Fuel (petrol and diesel) supply

     Scope of Work

    1. Office Furniture Supply & Delivery
      • Supply and delivery of office furniture as per municipal requirements.
      • Ensure quality and durability standards are met.
      • Manage logistics for delivery across municipal facilities.
    2. Other Services (Panel Inclusion)
      • Electrical materials and construction supplies
      • Psychological wellness services
      • Road maintenance and infrastructure works
      • Vehicle leasing and supply arrangements
      • Fuel supply and delivery
      • Development of road reserve projects
    3. Duration
      • Furniture and most services: 3 years
      • Vehicle lease and specialized equipment: up to 5 years

     Technical Requirements

    • Compliance with specifications for office furniture and other service categories.
    • Submission of relevant documentation proving capacity and compliance.
    • Adherence to quality standards for supplied goods.
    • For vehicles: compliance with type and functionality specifications.
    • For professional services: proof of relevant qualifications and experience.

    Skills & Qualifications

    Bidders should demonstrate:

    • Experience in supply and delivery of office furniture and materials.
    • Capability to provide professional psychological services (if included).
    • Technical expertise in road maintenance and construction materials.
    • Vehicle fleet management skills for leasing services.
    • Knowledge of municipal procurement processes and compliance standards.
    • Ability to manage logistics for furniture, fuel, and materials delivery.
    • Capability to develop proposals for municipal development projects.
