Tender Objective
Appoint a panel of qualified service providers for the three-year maintenance and repair of all cooling, refrigeration, and freezing equipment within the park, including replacement of parts as needed to ensure operational reliability.
Scope of Work
- Maintenance of various cooling, refrigeration, and freezing equipment across multiple park sites
- Replacement of parts for equipment as needed
- Quarterly servicing of equipment (specific models and serial numbers provided in tender)
- Maintain pricing schedule covering all equipment items over the three-year period
Equipment includes:
- Walk-in freezers, fridges, chest freezers, bar fridges, chalet refrigerators, cool rooms, and other refrigeration units
- Locations include restaurants, hotel rooms, chalets, and pantry areas
Technical Requirements
- Adherence to asset numbers and specifications provided for each piece of equipment
- Replacement parts must be genuine or approved equivalents
- Quarterly servicing for all listed equipment
- Provide detailed pricing per item (unit prices exclusive of VAT) with three-year cost projection
- Compliance with CIDB registration, tax compliance, and submission of verification documents
- Demonstrated experience through reference letters and proof of past work
Skills & Qualifications
- Technical expertise in refrigeration, cooling, and freezing maintenance
- Certified skills in refrigeration and air conditioning (registered with recognized industry bodies)
- Experience in servicing similar equipment, with reference letters or past project proof
- Compliance with safety and quality standards, including OHSA and environmental regulations
- Ability to provide timely service, including emergency repairs
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, maintenance, and compliance procedures
