     Objectives

    1. Lease-to-own vehicles and yellow plants for a period of five years.
    2. Provision of fleet services and management on an as-and-when-required basis for five years.
    3. Establish panels of service providers for municipal materials and services (three-year term):
      • Electrical materials
      • Clinical psychologist services
      • Asphalt patching, roads, and stormwater materials
      • Office furniture
      • Fuel supply (petrol and diesel)
    4. Development of a road reserve at Amelia for a filling station with ancillary shopping uses.

     Scope of Work

    • Lease & Ownership: Specialised commercial vehicles and yellow plants for five years.
    • Fleet Management: Provide fleet management and related services over five years.
    • Other Municipal Services (as-and-when required for up to three years):
      • Electrical materials supply
      • Clinical psychology services
      • Asphalt patching, roads, stormwater, and building materials
      • Office furniture supply
      • Fuel supply (petrol and diesel)
    • Infrastructure Development: Road reserve for a filling station with shopping amenities.

     Technical Requirements

    • Compliance with municipal standards for lease-to-own vehicles and yellow plants.
    • Fleet management services must meet operational and safety standards.
    • Delivery of materials and services must adhere to quality, safety, and technical specifications.
    • Road reserve development must meet planning, design, and construction standards.
    • Submission of proposals demonstrating technical capability and previous experience in relevant services.

    Skills & Qualifications

    Applicants should demonstrate:

    • Experience in vehicle leasing, fleet management, and maintenance services.
    • Technical expertise in electrical materials, road and stormwater construction, asphalt patching, and building supplies.
    • Ability to manage infrastructure projects such as filling stations and road reserves.
    • Proven track record in fuel and materials supply.
    • Capability to provide professional services, e.g., office furniture supply and clinical psychology.
