    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Deliver lectures and engage students in line with module-specific requirements.

    • Manage academic materials and liaise with the Information Centre.

    • Provide timely feedback to students and update the learning management system.

    • Identify and support at-risk students while preparing them for assessments.

    • Monitor student participation and escalate concerns appropriately.

    • Participate in academic meetings and contribute to faculty initiatives.

    • Analyse module results and collaborate on academic improvements.

    • Undertake professional development interventions each academic cycle.

    Minimum Requirements

    • 3-year Diploma or Degree in Accounting.

    • 2–3 years of lecturing or formal tutoring experience.

    • 1–3 years of relevant industry experience (advantageous).

    • Qualification one NQF level higher than the subject taught.

    • Copy of academic transcript.

    • Strong understanding of South African higher education systems and regulatory frameworks.

    • Knowledge of teaching and learning methodologies.
