Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver lectures and engage students in line with module-specific requirements.

Manage academic materials and liaise with the Information Centre.

Provide timely feedback to students and update the learning management system.

Identify and support at-risk students while preparing them for assessments.

Monitor student participation and escalate concerns appropriately.

Participate in academic meetings and contribute to faculty initiatives.

Analyse module results and collaborate on academic improvements.

Undertake professional development interventions each academic cycle.
Minimum Requirements

3-year Diploma or Degree in Accounting.

2–3 years of lecturing or formal tutoring experience.

1–3 years of relevant industry experience (advantageous).

Qualification one NQF level higher than the subject taught.

Copy of academic transcript.
