Tenders must be submitted on issued documentation with proper sealing, addressing, and delivery

Demonstrated experience in fibre optic cable installation and maintenance
Ability to deliver reliable services over five years on an as-required basis
Capacity to meet technical standards and comply with CIDB grading requirements
Effective communication and adherence to tender procedures
