Objectives
- Appoint a panel of up to three (3) service providers for asphalt road patching in Metsimaholo for three years.
- Integrate services with other municipal requirements such as:
- Electrical materials supply
- Clinical psychologist services for workforce wellness
- Roads, stormwater materials, manhole covers, and building materials
- Lease-to-own commercial vehicles and specialized plants
- Office furniture supply
- Development of road reserves for filling station projects
- Fuel supply (petrol and diesel)
Scope of Work
- Asphalt Road Patching: Maintenance and repair within the Metsimaholo area.
- Material Supply: Electrical materials, road and construction materials, stormwater components, manhole covers.
- Professional Services: Clinical psychologists for workforce wellness.
- Vehicle Leasing: Commercial and specialized equipment for municipal use.
- Furniture Supply: Office furniture on an as-needed basis.
- Infrastructure Development: Road reserve for a filling station.
- Fuel Supply: Petrol and diesel as required.
The services may be provided within Metsimaholo, Fezile Dabi District, Free State Province, and beyond if specified.
Technical Requirements
- Compliance with municipal standards for asphalt patching and road repairs.
- Provision of qualified personnel, including specialists where required.
- Supply of quality materials (electrical, construction, road components).
