    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Deliver lectures and engage students in line with module-specific requirements.

    • Manage academic materials and collaborate with the Information Centre.

    • Update the learning management system and provide constructive feedback to students.

    • Prepare students for assessments, identify at-risk learners, and support academic success.

    • Monitor student participation and escalate challenges when necessary.

    • Contribute to academic meetings and faculty initiatives.

    • Analyse module performance and recommend improvements.

    • Participate in ongoing professional development activities.

    Minimum Requirements

    • 3-year Diploma or Degree in Accounting.

    • 2–3 years of lecturing or formal tutoring experience.

    • 1–3 years of relevant industry experience (advantageous).

    • Qualification one NQF level higher than the module being taught.

    • Copy of academic transcript.
