Position Summary
Everything To Gain is looking for an experienced, highly technical HubSpot Developer & Administrator to lead the design, optimization, and management of the company’s HubSpot ecosystem. This d translating business needs into technical, automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot System Development & Administration

Architect, configure, and optimize HubSpot CRM objects, pipelines, custom properties, and automation.

Develop custom HubSpot solutions using HubL, JavaScript, or other scripting languages as needed.

Build and maintain advanced workflows supporting marketing, sales, customer success, and operations.
Integrations & Automation

Implement and maintain integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms using:

APIs
-
Webhooks
-
Middleware automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, n8n)

Ensure system performance is stable, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
Data Management & Governance

Oversee data cleanliness, deduplication, and database organization.

Ensure consistent data integrity, compliance, and governance across teams.
Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting

Track workflow efficiency and system usage.

Troubleshoot automation errors, integration issues, and CRM configuration problems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with sales, marketing, and operational teams to identify process gaps.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions that improve efficiency and revenue operations.
Documentation & Best Practices

Maintain detailed documentation, including:

SOPs

Process maps
-
Technical architecture

Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and industry trends; recommend improvements proactively.
Requirements
Technical Requirements
-
Proven experience as a HubSpot Developer, HubSpot Admin, or CRM Automation Specialist.

Hands-on expertise with CRM configuration, workflow automation, custom properties, pipelines, and reporting.

Proficiency in:

JavaScript
-
Python
-
HubL
-
or similar scripting languages
-

Strong understanding of APIs, integration frameworks, webhooks, and automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, n8n).
Skills & Competencies

Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability.

Strong communication skills for working across departments.

High attention to detail and structured approach to documentation.

Experience building process automation for sales, marketing, or operations is a strong advantage.
