Role Purpose
- Deliver safe, basic nursing care according to the Scope of Practice.
- Support patient care by collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver basic nursing care in collaboration with the team
- Identify, prevent, and report risks to ensure patient safety
- Contribute to a positive patient experience
- Maintain accurate records of all nursing interventions
- Participate in creating a learning environment to build staff competence
- Ensure all stock and equipment are accurately charted
Education Requirements
Essential:
- Higher Certificate in Nursing (or equivalent)
Desired:
- CPD courses in specific specialty areas

- 1 year post-qualification experience
Skills & Knowledge Required
- Infection prevention and control
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of Scope of Practice regulations

- Patient observation skills
