Role Purpose
- Deliver safe, quality nursing care according to the Scope of Practice.
- Support patient care through collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team
- Identify, prevent, and report risks to ensure patient safety
- Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a conducive environment
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions
- Participate in creating a learning environment to build staff competence
- Ensure all stock and equipment used are accurately charged
Education Requirements
Essential:
- Enrolled Nurse Certificate
Desired:
- CPD courses in specific specialty areas for specialised wards
Experience Requirements

- 1 year post-qualification experience before placement in a specialised unit
