Job Purpose
To develop and execute special events strategies that:
- Strengthen brand visibility
- Increase market share
- Drive revenue growth

- Execution of special events plans
- Budget management
- OPEX (operational expenses) control
- Asset management (coolers, vehicles, branding)
- Compliance with company standards (RACM)
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Strategy
- Develop and implement regional special events plans
- Align events with overall business and marketing strategy
- Identify new event opportunities to grow brand presence
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work with Brand, Sales, and Commercial teams
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Partner with event organisers and customers
Execution & Performance
- Drive execution of events through the events team
- Ensure all events meet company standards
- Monitor effectiveness and improve ROI
Budget & Cost Management
- Manage and control event budgets
- Ensure cost efficiency and adherence to financial plans
Asset Management
- Manage event equipment (coolers, vehicles, branding materials)
- Ensure assets are used effectively and maintained properly
Reporting & Analysis
- Compile reports on:
- Event performance
- Product categories
- Market impact
- Use data to improve future events
Training & Team Development
- Train and coach the Special Events team
- Build team capability and performance
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with:
- Health and safety regulations
- Legal requirements
- Company policies
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Public Communication
Experience
- 5–7 years in:
- Sales and/or Marketing
- Experience in:
- Events or experiential marketing (advantageous)

- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Budget and financial management
- Stakeholder engagement
