     Job Purpose

    To develop and execute special events strategies that:

    • Strengthen brand visibility
    • Increase market share
    • Drive revenue growth

     Key Focus Areas 

    • Execution of special events plans
    • Budget management
    • OPEX (operational expenses) control
    • Asset management (coolers, vehicles, branding)
    • Compliance with company standards (RACM)

     Key Responsibilities

     Event Planning & Strategy

    • Develop and implement regional special events plans
    • Align events with overall business and marketing strategy
    • Identify new event opportunities to grow brand presence

     Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

    • Work with Brand, Sales, and Commercial teams
    • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
    • Partner with event organisers and customers

     Execution & Performance

    • Drive execution of events through the events team
    • Ensure all events meet company standards
    • Monitor effectiveness and improve ROI

     Budget & Cost Management

    • Manage and control event budgets
    • Ensure cost efficiency and adherence to financial plans

     Asset Management

    • Manage event equipment (coolers, vehicles, branding materials)
    • Ensure assets are used effectively and maintained properly

     Reporting & Analysis

    • Compile reports on:
      • Event performance
      • Product categories
      • Market impact
    • Use data to improve future events

     Training & Team Development

    • Train and coach the Special Events team
    • Build team capability and performance

     Compliance & Safety

    • Ensure compliance with:
      • Health and safety regulations
      • Legal requirements
      • Company policies

     Minimum Requirements

     Qualifications

    • Relevant qualification in:
      • Sales
      • Marketing
      • Public Communication

     Experience

    • 5–7 years in:
      • Sales and/or Marketing
    • Experience in:
      • Events or experiential marketing (advantageous)

    Skills

    • Computer literacy (MS Office)
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Strategic thinking and planning
    • Budget and financial management
    • Stakeholder engagement

     Knowledge Required

    • Marketing and sales principles
    • Market trends and competitor analysis
