     Job Purpose

    To build and manage your own client base, promote and sell financial products, and contribute to improving the financial wellbeing of the community.

     Key Responsibilities

     Sales & Client Acquisition

    • Market and sell Old Mutual products
    • Build a personal client base from scratch
    • Meet and exceed sales targets

     Client Relationship Management

    • Maintain long-term client relationships
    • Provide ongoing customer support
    • Assist clients with financial product understanding

     Performance & Targets

    • Work towards individual sales targets
    • Drive personal income through performance
    • Maintain consistent productivity

     Reporting & Administration

    • Use digital tools (MS Office, WhatsApp, systems)
    • Record and track client interactions and sales
    • Maintain accurate data and reporting

     Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Clear credit record
    • Clear criminal record
    • Basic computer literacy
    • Sales or retail experience (advantageous, not required)
