Job Purpose
To build and manage your own client base, promote and sell financial products, and contribute to improving the financial wellbeing of the community.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Market and sell Old Mutual products
- Build a personal client base from scratch
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term client relationships
- Provide ongoing customer support
- Assist clients with financial product understanding
Performance & Targets
- Work towards individual sales targets
- Drive personal income through performance
- Maintain consistent productivity
Reporting & Administration
- Use digital tools (MS Office, WhatsApp, systems)
- Record and track client interactions and sales
- Maintain accurate data and reporting
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Clear credit record
- Clear criminal record
- Basic computer literacy
- Sales or retail experience (advantageous, not required)
