Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Advice
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Advise customers on:
- Health products
- Vitamins & supplements
- Basic nutrition
- Build customer loyalty and trust
Sales & Performance
- Drive healthcare sales targets
- Use upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Promote a wide range of wellness brands
Stock & Store Management
- Ensure product availability on shelves
- Follow stock rotation (reduce expiry/wastage)
- Prevent stock losses (theft/damage)
Store Standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- Follow merchandising guidelines
- Ensure store looks attractive and organized
Personal Development
- Continuously improve product knowledge
- Share knowledge with team members
- Follow all store SOPs
Required Knowledge
Essential:
- Retail store operations (stock, merchandising, risk)
- Basic understanding of customer service

Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Matric
- 50% English
- 50% Maths / 60% Maths Lit
- Pass in Life Science or Physical Science
Experience:
- At least 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Selling/customer service training

- Qualification in fitness, sports, or nutrition
