Objectives
The main objective is to appoint a panel of qualified service providers to supply and deliver goods and services to the municipality on an as-and-when-required basis for 3 years.
Primary services include:
- Supply and delivery of fuel (petrol and diesel).
- Supply of electrical materials.
- Provision of clinical psychologist services for workforce wellness.
- Asphalt road patching and road maintenance.
- Supply of roads, stormwater materials, manhole covers, and building materials.
- Lease and supply of commercial and specialized vehicles.
- Supply of office furniture.
- Development of a road reserve for a filling station with ancillary shopping.
Scope of Work
- Fuel Supply & Delivery
- Provide petrol and diesel as required.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Timely delivery to designated municipal sites.
- Other Services (as part of panel)
- Supply of electrical materials and building materials.
- Provision of professional psychological services.
- Asphalt patching and stormwater infrastructure.
- Vehicle leasing and supply.
- Office furniture supply.
- Road reserve development for a filling station.

Technical Requirements
- Compliance with specifications and service requirements in each bid category.

- Submission of detailed proposals demonstrating technical capability.
Skills & Qualifications

- Capacity to deliver on time, within scope, and in compliance with municipal procurement policies.
