     Job Purpose

    To build and maintain a personal client base, promote and sell Old Mutual financial products, and contribute to the financial wellbeing of the community.

     Key Responsibilities

     Sales & Client Acquisition

    • Market and sell Old Mutual products
    • Build and grow your own client base
    • Achieve sales targets

     Customer Relationship Management

    • Maintain strong client relationships
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Support clients with financial product guidance

     Performance & Target Delivery

    • Work towards monthly and daily sales targets
    • Drive personal earnings through performance

     Reporting & Administration

    • Use digital tools for reporting and tracking
    • Maintain accurate client and sales records

     Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Clear credit record
    • Clear criminal record
    • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, WhatsApp, etc.)
    • Sales or retail experience (6–12 months advantageous but not required)
