Job Purpose
To build and maintain a personal client base, promote and sell Old Mutual financial products, and contribute to the financial wellbeing of the community.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Market and sell Old Mutual products
- Build and grow your own client base
- Achieve sales targets
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Provide excellent customer service
- Support clients with financial product guidance
Performance & Target Delivery
- Work towards monthly and daily sales targets
- Drive personal earnings through performance
Reporting & Administration
- Use digital tools for reporting and tracking
- Maintain accurate client and sales records
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Clear credit record
- Clear criminal record
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Sales or retail experience (6–12 months advantageous but not required)
