Objectives
- Appoint a qualified professional service provider to support the wellness of the municipal workforce.
- Provision of clinical psychologists on an as-and-when required basis.
- Supply and delivery of materials: electrical, road/stormwater, office furniture, and fuel.
- Road patching services and infrastructure support.
- Leasing or ownership arrangements for commercial vehicles and specialized equipment.
- Support for road reserve development for a filling station with ancillary shopping uses.
Scope of Work
- Clinical Psychology Services: Workforce wellness support.
- Material Supply: Electrical, road, stormwater, and office furniture.
- Fuel Supply: Petrol and diesel.
- Road Services: Asphalt patching and stormwater infrastructure maintenance.
- Vehicle & Equipment Leasing: Commercial vehicles and specialized equipment.
- Development Projects: Road reserve for filling station.
- Services delivered on an as-needed basis within Free State and surrounding regions.
Technical Requirements
- Compliance with bid document specifications.
- Demonstrated experience and capacity to deliver the required services.
- Detailed proposals meeting municipal functional and evaluation criteria.
- Adherence to local content, price, and functionality requirements.
Skills & Competencies
