Scope of Work

Documentation & Administration
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications

Technical Requirements
- Compliance with:
- Occupational Health and Safety Act (1993)
- SANS standards (e.g., SANS 10142)
- 2023 NDPW Scope of Engineering Services
- Preparation of:
- Detailed designs and drawings
- Procurement and contract documentation
- Construction supervision and reporting
- Coordination with stakeholders and service providers
- Adherence to project timelines and milestones
Skills & Experience Required
- Registered with ECSA as:
- Professional Electrical Engineer OR
- Professional Technologist
- Experience in:
- Electrical design and refurbishment projects
- Heritage or public sector projects (advantageous)
- Strong construction monitoring and site inspection skills
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of legislation, standards, and environmental compliance
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
