This role focuses on ensuring efficient order preparation, excellent customer service, and smooth front-of-house operations, making sure every customer receives the right order on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and plate orders accurately according to standards
- Ensure fast and efficient service delivery
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain front-of-house (FOH) stock levels
- Uphold food safety standards
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Verify accuracy of orders for both in-store and delivery
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) – Preferred
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Co-Ordinator
