Objectives
- Appoint a panel of up to five (5) service providers to supply and deliver materials and services on an as-and-when-required basis over three years.
- Specific objectives:
- Supply roads, stormwater materials, manhole covers, and building materials.
- Supply of electrical materials and provision of wellness services (clinical psychologists) for municipal workforce.
- Conduct road patching and maintenance within the municipality area.
- Supply and deliver office furniture and other building-related materials.
- Development of a road reserve for a filling station with ancillary shopping uses.
- Lease and maintain commercial and specialized vehicles.
- Supply and delivery of fuel (petrol and diesel).
Scope of Work
- Materials Supply: Roads, stormwater materials, manhole covers, building materials, office furniture, electrical supplies.
- Professional Services: Clinical psychologists for workforce wellness.
- Road Maintenance: Asphalt patching and related civil works.
- Infrastructure Development: Road reserve for filling station with shopping amenities.
- Lease & Fleet Services: Commercial vehicles and specialized plants.
- Fuel Supply: Petrol and diesel on an as-needed basis.
Technical Requirements
- Compliance with the specified scope of work and material standards.
- Demonstrate experience and capacity to deliver required services and supplies.
- Adherence to grading requirements as per CIDB standards (where applicable).
- Submission of documentation and certifications proving compliance.
- Attendance at briefing sessions if required.
Skills & Qualifications
Applicants should demonstrate:
- Technical expertise in supply and delivery of construction and building materials.
- Experience in road maintenance, stormwater management, and civil engineering works.
- Ability to provide professional services, e.g., clinical psychology, project development.
- Financial capacity to handle lease arrangements and supply contracts.
- Competence in logistics management for fuel and vehicle leasing.
