Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in running daily operations while driving sales growth, customer experience, and team performance. You’ll also play a key role in blending in-store and online (omnichannel) retail.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Sales
- Drive sales performance and meet targets
- Promote new customer accounts and services
- Manage value-added services (insurance, subscriptions)
Visual Merchandising
- Maintain high standards of store layout and displays
- Ensure branding is consistent and visually appealing
Omnichannel Retail
- Support and promote Bash online shopping in-store
- Assist with online order fulfilment and customer support
Leadership & Team Support
- Assist in managing staff performance and coaching
- Help oversee daily store operations
- Motivate the team to hit targets
Customer Experience
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Handle customer queries and challenges effectively
Requirements
- Retail management or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
