     Job Description

    As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in running daily operations while driving sales growth, customer experience, and team performance. You’ll also play a key role in blending in-store and online (omnichannel) retail.

     Key Responsibilities

     Store Operations & Sales

    • Drive sales performance and meet targets
    • Promote new customer accounts and services
    • Manage value-added services (insurance, subscriptions)

     Visual Merchandising

    • Maintain high standards of store layout and displays
    • Ensure branding is consistent and visually appealing

     Omnichannel Retail

    • Support and promote Bash online shopping in-store
    • Assist with online order fulfilment and customer support

     Leadership & Team Support

    • Assist in managing staff performance and coaching
    • Help oversee daily store operations
    • Motivate the team to hit targets

     Customer Experience

    • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
    • Handle customer queries and challenges effectively

     Requirements

    • Retail management or supervisory experience (preferred)
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Sales-driven mindset
