Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the branch’s earnings and profitability

Lead all aspects of staff management, including training, motivation, and performance

Oversee stock control, merchandising, and supplier interactions

Handle credit control, administration, and ensure financial procedures are followed

Drive customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional in-store service

Ensure health and safety compliance

Treat the store as your own—take ownership and pride in daily operations
Minimum Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification in business, retail, or related field

5 years of retail management experience
-
Must be able to work weekends and under pressure

Experience managing diverse teams

Excellent understanding of business finance

Computer literate (especially MS Office)

Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)

Must have own reliable transport

High energy and a hands-on leadership approach
